July 4 celebrations have strong meanings today. How blessed we are to be citizens of this country! We know the Bus trip intends to address policy development that reduces gaps in access to basic benefits of our country. Our Pope calls us, Our Church professes social justice teachings, our religious communities mission us. Our Country declares:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Our Country’s Constitution Preamble goes nicely with the CSA Mission Statement. We will carry copies of both—good reflection documents.
