Nuns on the Bus 2016 – Send-off

As a way of drawing attention to the divides within our country, the Nuns on the Bus 2016 will begin its cross-country tour. Included in the itinerary are stops at the Republican and Democratic Convention sites. As the trip begins, a blessing will take place in Madison, WI, at 7 pm on July 11^th. The actual tour will launch in Janesville (Speaker Ryan’s home district) on July 12^th at 9 am. It would be a way for CSA Sisters and Associates to show support for Sister Clare Lawlor and Sister Julie Ann Krahl who are traveling with Sister Simone Campbell during the first half of the trip.
